All pricing listed on this website is subject to change without notice. Current public monthly plans begin at $97/month. Professional website projects currently begin at $375. Pricing, package features, usage costs, setup fees, advertising budgets, and project scope are subject to change and will be confirmed in writing. Pricing in effect at the time of purchase will apply for that billing period or project scope unless otherwise stated in writing.
Section 4 — Month-To-Month Services
Recurring services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may cancel by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.

Section 7 — Payments
Payment is due according to invoice or subscription terms. Late payments may result in delayed work, paused services, suspended access, or account restrictions.

MB SOUTH DIGITAL LLC does not guarantee specific rankings, lead volume, sales, revenue increases, or financial results. Performance depends on numerous factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for outages, suspensions, policy changes, pricing changes, or access issues caused by third-party providers.
Section 10 — Intellectual Property
MB SOUTH DIGITAL LLC retains ownership of proprietary systems, processes, templates, frameworks, and strategies. Clients receive rights to use completed deliverables after full payment.

Clients confirm they own or have permission to use all submitted content.
Section 12 — Revisions & Scope
Additional revisions or requests beyond the agreed project scope may require additional fees.

Clients are responsible for complying with applicable laws, consent requirements, carrier rules, and platform policies.
SMS Communications: By opting in to receive SMS text messages from MB South Digital LLC, you agree to receive promotional and customer service messages. Message frequency varies.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. For help, reply "HELP".
