We provide digital marketing, CRM setup, automation services, websites, funnels, SEO, social media services, email/SMS marketing support, AI-powered tools, branding, and related business growth solutions.

All services are subject to scope, availability, onboarding requirements, and any separate written agreement between MB SOUTH DIGITAL LLC and the client.

All pricing listed on this website is subject to change at any time without notice. Pricing in effect at the time of purchase or contract acceptance will apply for that billing period or project scope unless otherwise stated in writing. Current public pricing includes plans starting at $297/month, with higher-tier packages and add-ons available. 

Unless otherwise stated in writing, recurring service plans are offered on a month-to-month basis and do not require long-term contracts. Clients may cancel recurring services by providing written notice before the next billing cycle. 

Typical setup timelines are approximately 7–14 days or sooner, depending on project scope, responsiveness, access provided, and availability of required client materials. Delays in receiving content, approvals, login credentials, or brand assets may delay project completion. 

The client agrees to provide accurate and timely information needed for service delivery, including where applicable:

• Business information 
• Logo and branding assets 
• Content and photos 
• Access to platforms, domains, or third-party tools 
• Review and approval feedback 

Failure to provide necessary materials may delay service performance.

Payment is due according to the selected service, invoice, subscription, or agreement terms. Recurring monthly services may automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

Late or failed payments may result in delayed work, paused services, removal of access, or account suspension until balances are resolved.

We work to provide high-quality digital marketing and automation services, but we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, lead volume, rankings, conversions, revenue increases, or business results. Performance may vary based on industry, market conditions, ad budget, offer strength, competition, client responsiveness, and other factors outside our control.

Some services may involve third-party tools and platforms such as website hosts, CRM platforms, domain providers, social media platforms, payment processors, analytics tools, ad networks, or AI software. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, access restrictions, pricing changes, or other issues caused by third-party providers.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• MB SOUTH DIGITAL LLC retains ownership of its proprietary systems, processes, templates, strategies, and internal frameworks. 
• Upon full payment, clients may use delivered custom assets for their business purposes. 
• Third-party software, fonts, stock content, plugins, and licensed assets remain subject to their original license terms. 

Clients represent that they own or have the legal right to use all content, logos, text, photos, videos, trademarks, and other materials they provide to us. The client agrees not to submit unlawful, infringing, misleading, or defamatory content.

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the service purchased. Additional revisions, extra pages, new requests, or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

If a client uses our systems for text messaging, email marketing, AI communication, review requests, or automations, the client is responsible for complying with applicable laws, platform policies, consent rules, and carrier requirements, including but not limited to opt-in, opt-out, privacy, and message content compliance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MB SOUTH DIGITAL LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to MB SOUTH DIGITAL LLC for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the event.

Content on this website is provided for general business and marketing information only and does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services or website access for abuse, nonpayment, misuse, unlawful activity, harassment, or material breach of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• One-time setup fees and completed project work are generally non-refundable once work has started. 
• Monthly services already rendered are non-refundable. 
• Custom work, design work, ad setup, automation setup, and strategy work are non-refundable once delivered or substantially performed. 

Your use of our website may involve the collection of contact form submissions and other data needed to respond to inquiries or provide services. A separate Privacy Policy may further explain how information is handled.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective when posted on this website.
